3D Scenario Builder is a lightweight scenario-making toy/tool focused on quick creative flow: drop objects into a 3D space, arrange walls, doors, furniture, characters, nature props and sky elements, then adjust the scene mood with camera views, terrain tools, lighting and weather.

Standard Mode keeps the experience simple and comfortable. Advanced Mode opens deeper controls for terrain painting, terrain sculpting, shape tools, collision, sky settings, rain events and visual tuning.

- Desktop use is strongly recommended.

- Mobile screens are not the target editing experience.

- Saves are stored locally; clearing browser/app data can remove saved scenes.

- No OBJ/GLTF export in this edition.

- Source access is included, but custom modification support is not included.

- Redistribution or resale of modified versions is not included.

- This is an indie one-person tool sold as a finished v32.1 build.

SOURCE ACCESS

The browser package is plain local HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Buyers can inspect index.html, modify their own purchased copy, and continue developing a private version if they want to build on top of the tool.
